About
Gymsanity is more than a brand — it’s a story.
When I was young, I always dreamed of building something bigger than myself. After high school, I gave myself the summer and an ultimatum to make $10,000 or Enlist in the service. I came up short, earning $8,500, and kept my word to myself — I enlisted in the Air Force in February 2018.
The military gave me grit, determination, and the confidence to become the man I wanted to be. But life tested me hard. In 2018 shortly after basic training, I lost my grandfather. A year later, my sister had passed. Two of the people I loved most were gone.
Two months later in 2019, I met my wife, who believed in me when I was still finding myself, I was definitely an investment as a person. I had been training since I was 17, but it wasn’t until July 2021 that a close friend showed me a different side of training and I truly learned what it meant to train hard. I became stronger both physically and mentally. The gym became my therapy: a place of pain, discipline, growth, and healing.
Gymsanity was born out of those times of pain. This isn’t just my story — it’s the story of millions who battle stress, loss, depression, and setbacks, but fight back every day through training and becoming the best version of themselves in and out of the gym. Gymsanity represents the grind, the resilience, and the refusal to quit.
This brand is for those who turn pain into strength. For those who never give up. For those who live for Gymsanity.
